Record 23 Service Members Awarded Travel Stipends for Home for the Holidays Campaigns

Williamsburg, VA — The Military Affairs Committee of the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce coordinated its annual Home for the Holidays campaign, fundraising holiday travel stipends for service members at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown and U.S. Naval Weapons Station Yorktown.

Because of the generosity of many local individuals and businesses, 23 service members received a travel stipend this year. This is a new record for the Committee, awarding six more stipends than last year.
